DESIGNAE lead team
The DESIGNAE lead team steers discussion while cultivating the conditions for Working Group (WG) members to actively engage and advance the Action’s shared goals. Each WG is shaped by a triangular leadership structure, conceived not as a rigid hierarchy but as a living system—one that, like nature itself, adapts to the challenges that may emerge over the four-year life of the Action.
